1775 Tysons Blvd

The newest addition to Lerner Enterprise’s vision for Tysons Corner is 1775 Tysons Blvd and is the first of 3 buildings to be developed on the site. In advance of construction, Colonial® studied the facility plans and nearby area and determined that with proper operations management and state of the art technology design and implementation, the return on investment could be enhanced. At the time, Colonial was operating a facility for Lerner across the street which was running a parking access and revenue control system of its own. In an effort to cut capital expenditures and reduce future operating costs, Colonial helped design a technology solution which allowed for it to manage both facilities from 1 main office.

This reduced operating expenses for both facilities.
